Things you need to know:
- You need the Zoom app
- You need to be able to meet virtually on a weekly basis for 12 weeks, so we can get you moving towards your goals
- Provide a list of exactly what you ate for 2 consecutive days (Do NOT, be ashamed! I used to eat so much junk food. Trust me that you have nothing to be ashamed of. The only embarrassing thing is doing nothing about it.)
